Oh...and that coconut creme pie I saw Charlie post on ye olde FB...I think it probably has some silken tofu and arrowroot, humm? Let us know how it goes when you replicate it!

Thanks for heads up on the cookie zine. It was awesome! I made several of the cookie featured in there over the years. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Pillows are a favorite among the non-vegans in my life!
