Mmmmm...Indian Food

I have to say that the hi-light of my weekend...{and half of this week, as I enjoyed the leftovers} was having my family over for vegetarian Indian food on Sunday night! It was oh so delicious + is oh so good for making in large quantities!

We made a little sweet + savory Curried Vegetables {the yellow dish} over basmati rice with a side of Chickpea Masala, Yummm! Since the "chicken with my head cutt off-ness" never subsided this week, I figured I would keep with this week's theme + link you to my last blog instead of retyping the entire recipe.... freaking lazy thing I am over here...

Here you will find the recipe for the Curried Veggies {which ironically, do not contain curry} + these delectable Puri's....They are so fun to make +I swear, you will never want to eat Naan again!


However, for the Chickpea Masala, you will have to check out the recipe from Whole Foods...it is amazing! We did nix the cilantro...not because we don't like it, I just forgot to buy it!

I love a little Thursday recently...I really look foward to having the morning to just bumm around with the Fif + the baby man after getting the Monks + "my ward" off to school. At the top of my agenda is making a list of things I need to buy this weekend for my working wardrobe. Like," I have a cute dress, but don't have the right tights for it", etcetera. Sounds like a fun way to spend a halfway lazy morning to me.
