Confused? One of the Fif's first words was "beed"...as in bird. What can I say, it stuck! And these are my tiny beeds. I printed the template from...well, I actually can't remember where I found the garland, but I relocated it here. Although it is intended for Christmas, I thought that it might be a cute garland in the Fif's room? After I made it, I temporarily hung it on the molding in the family room and well, it never made it to the bedroom!
I used double sided scrapbooking paper. It is not a card stock, but heavier than average paper. I used a hole punch and white thread to string them together. I taped a penny to the bottom one to help keep that last little bird straight and that was it!

Well, wait, actually after I made it, I liked it so much that I decided to cut out some more birds to make it longer. Such a simple, lovely little thing. I can't figure out who enjoys watching them spin and dance in the breeze more, me or my little babe? Since it is supposed to be 101 degrees today...perhaps it would be a good day to stay in the air conditioning + make some more of these garlands?
